What The Samsung Galaxy A35 Will Look Like And When It Arrives

Samsung Galaxy 35, new rumors pop up on the net about the next mid-range smartphone of the South Korean giant, a direct heir to the previous Samsung Galaxy A34.

Almost a year after the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy A34 (pictured) on the global markets, some rumours have popped up on the net about the next mid-range model of the South Korean technology giant, the Samsung Galaxy A35.

There are few confirmations in this regard, but according to what was shared by Android Headlines, this new smartphone should bring several updates to the previous model, such as a more performing photographic sector and one of the new Exynos processors developed directly by Samsung.

Samsung Galaxy A35: What We Know

According to the first leaked rumours, the new Samsung Galaxy A35 has a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a variable refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.

The processor that comes with it is a Samsung Exynos 1480, but, at the moment, there is yet to be any information available on the available memory sizes. The previous Samsung Galaxy A34 hit the market with 6/8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of storage; for the new model, you can expect something similar, although the RAM could go straight to 8 GB for all versions.

The information on the photographic sector is still being determined. Still, the little data indicates a new 50 MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and, probably, the same cameras as the old model with an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 5 MP sensor for macro shots. The front camera is also expected to be the same as the 13MP of the previous A34.

No. There has yet to be confirmation on the connections or specific data on Samsung’s new processor; making assumptions is possible. Since it is a mid-range smartphone with 5G, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB-C, the chip for NFC and the various solutions for location detection via satellites should be included.

The battery has a capacity of 5,000mAh with 25W wired charging. The operating system is Android 14 with a One UI 6.0 user interface.

Finally, according to rumours on the web, the device should be IP68 certified and, therefore, be resistant to dust and water even during prolonged immersion.

Samsung Galaxy A35: When It Arrives

There are still no official indications on the release of the new Samsung Galaxy A35. Still, considering that the previous Samsung Galaxy A34 hit the market in March 2023, it is easy to imagine that the next model could arrive in March 2024, effectively becoming an update of its predecessor.

However, thanks to Android Headlines, we know the smartphone will be available in the following colours: Awesome Iceblue, Awesome Lilac, and Wesome Navy.

It is also too early to talk about prices, but it is still possible to make assumptions starting from the old model that has arrived on the market at:

  • Samsung Galaxy A34 – 6/128GB: £399.90
  • Samsung Galaxy A34 – 8/256 GB: €469.90.

In the face of these figures, the Samsung Galaxy A35 may also arrive on the market at such a price, although much will depend on the details of the technical sheet that still need to be officially revealed.
